    Please note that PO Boxes, AOP, FPO, and DPO addresses are not eligible. (Orders shipping to a PO Box cannot ship via any express method.)

    When will my order be processed?

    All orders will be processed and dispatched within 2 - 3 business days. If you have any special circumstances or requirements, please leave us a message during the checkout process.

    Which countries can packages be shipped to?

    We currently ship to the CONTINENTAL U.S. (excluding Alaska), UK, and select European countries.

    How long will it take for my order to arrive and how much is the cost?

    We offer Free Shipping Worldwide.

    For US customers, delivery typically takes 5 - 8 business days. International orders usually arrive within 10 - 15 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

    Please ensure your shipping address is valid during checkout. We are not responsible for orders with invalid or undeliverable addresses. If an order is returned due to an invalid address or remains unclaimed after the holding period, shipping costs will not be refunded.

    How can I track my package?

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Tracking information may take 1 to 3 business days to update after dispatch.

    Tax and duty

    Please note that duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. You may be required to pay these charges according to your local tax policy upon payment of your order bill or upon receiving the order.
