    Returns and Refund Policy

    Cancellation

    You may cancel your order before the product is shipped or produced. To cancel, please contact us at service@veqethy.com within 2 hours of placing your order using your registered email address. Once cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Orders cannot be cancelled once the product has been shipped.

    Return Requirements for Return-Eligible Items

    Items eligible for return must be in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

    Returns

    We offer a 30-day warranty period from the date you receive your order. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at service@veqethy.com within 30 days of receipt, attaching a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

    For issues not related to quality, we encourage direct returns to our warehouse to minimize transportation and promote environmental sustainability. We do not provide trial services and discourage unnecessary shipments. Please understand that returns in these cases are not free.

    To support sustainability, we recommend reviewing product details thoroughly before purchasing to minimize unnecessary shipments and environmental impact. Detailed product photos and descriptions are available on our website for your reference.

    While we maintain stringent quality standards and carefully inspect every package before shipping, issues may arise during transit. For any quality problems or oversights on our part, please contact us promptly for resolution.

    Quality Check for Returns

    • Upon receiving a returned item at our warehouse, we conduct inspections or tests to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, a refund will be issued. If an item does not meet these criteria, we will reject the return and not issue a refund.
    • If a return is rejected, we will return the item to the original address specified in the order and deduct the return shipping fee from any refund for other returned items in the same order. The current return shipping fee for rejected items is $8.99, subject to adjustment.
    • In certain cases, we reserve the right to offer a refund instead of returning a rejected item.
    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact Customer Service within 24 hours.

    Refunds

    Once we receive and approve your returned item, we will email you confirmation. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. A restocking fee of $8.99 applies to each item returned via standard shipping. Please allow up to 7-9 business days for your refund to process, issued to the original credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase.

    Please note, shipping costs, duties, or fees are non-refundable. Once a package has shipped, any additional shipping costs cannot be refunded. You are responsible for these fees even if an order is returned to us.

    Late or missing refunds
